The Restore Louisiana Program was responsible for managing the state's recovery from the Great Flood of 2016. In order to effectively do this, the Louisiana Office of Community Development and Disaster Recovery Unit used Projexis™ to design and implement an Oracle-based program management software solution.
Projexis was utilized for numerous systems functions including reporting, data consolidation, system development, and system updates/releases.
The following software systems were used to operationally on the Restore Louisiana Program and it was Projexis' responsibility to consolidate and blend data from them:
Utilizing SAP Business Objects and the SAP Web Intelligence (WEBI) reporting tool, the Projexis team merged data from multiple data providers such as Reporting repository, Excel data, and Custom SQL queries. Within this process, we used the merge concept and created derived fields that we provided along with the primary data.
Our software tracked claims data from multiple sources in real-time, and generated executive dashboards that gave program managers an overview of the status of the recovery effort.
The software was instrumental in helping the program run smoothly and efficiently, and helped restore Louisiana back to its pre-disaster state.
Projexis™ is an agile and highly configurable program management and reporting tool with the power to deliver program workflow efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
Our innovative system has been successfully used in complex case management projects across the country, such as the U.S. Virgin Island Emergency Rental Assistance Program, U.S. Virgin Islands Housing Recovery STEP Program, New York City’s Build it Back Program, Louisiana’s Restore Louisiana Program, North Carolina STEP Program, Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement Program, among others.
