The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Agency (VIHFA) is leveraging Projexis to provide complete technology solutions for the Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic relief. 

System Integration Solutions 

Projexis deployed several systems, including our program management and reporting tool, third-party call center software, email systems, complete cloud-based IT infrastructure, and IT project professionals. This system integrated with Projexis and other external SQL databases for data redundancy. Systems interfaced with and/or used included:

  A data warehouse and data mart suite used for centralized storage of data for reporting.

  A cloud-based call center application that was integrated within the overall solution.

The Projexis suite of solutions is enabling the team to successfully complete the program still today. Data marts and utilization of web-based platforms were all leveraged to make this solution successful.

Projexis supports numerous custom workflows, document management solutions, and custom dashboards for rich reporting to government stakeholders. Additionally, the tool enabled the migration of 900 + applications that had been started prior to the engagement.

The public facing portal of Projexis allowed tenants and landlords to self-register for assistance; and local charity organizations to submit applications on behalf of residents in need of assistance.
