Is Projexis accessible from both desktop and mobile devices?
Yes, Projexis is a cloud application accessible from all devices that can connect to the internet via a common browser. Projexis Field, our mobile app, connects teams in the field with seamless data transfers and uploads.

Is Projexis able to support multiple workflows?
Yes. Projexis was designed for flexibility, starting with the established program workflow as its base out-of-the-box configuration. Logic-driven workflows and queues collect complete program requirements applying data integrity standards that enable reliable output such as performance metrics, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, unit delivery, communication records, closeout artifacts, and contract information.

Does the system support multiple logins for specific team members to review, access and manage documentation?
Yes. Projexis features administrative menus for controls, role-based permissions, and continual document accessibility. User access to view, create, upload, or update information is restricted based on role permissions established during implementation.

Does Projexis provide rights and permissions capabilities to allow end user/group access to certain areas within the application/ database for security purposes?
Yes. The system utilizes a multi-dimensional user permissioning structure that is role based and enables view/update/create/upload rights down to the field level on a particular workflow step. Super users may also be created with permissions to update data outside of the workflow, if required.

How does Projexis provide safe and secure access to end users?
Our comprehensive, scalable, and flexible framework of prescribed security controls complies with NIST and HITRUST CSF requirements and standards applicable to ISO, PCI, COBIT, FISMA, and NIST as well as HIPAA and HITECH regulations. When required, Projexis employs standard Multi-Factor Authentication protocols for public users to create accounts, and to access their information in the system.

Our platform and infrastructure are cloud based and hosted by Amazon Web Services.

Can end-users execute documents online, and upload copies of executed documents to the system?
Yes. All essential data can be uploaded by end-users, is maintained in the system, and is accessible at any time. Users are also able to access functionality to sign documents, including DocuSign.

Can Projexis integrate with third-party software and case management systems?
Yes. Our system has an API interface that enables batch or bi-directional integration with legacy and other commonly used systems, allowing users to interact directly with the data and the database.

Does Projexis provide customizable reports that can be saved as templates and used by other end users?
Yes, Projexis supports narrative reporting for end-users and interfaces with third-party reporting software to facilitate customized reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Does Projexis provide customizable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that allow end users/ System Analysts to track milestones and view real-time statistics?
Yes, customized, real-time reporting to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be produced through dashboard build outs, GIS mapping, power user edit access, and imports/exports of standard Microsoft products or PDFs. In addition, reporting solutions offer drill-down functionality so users can view the details that contribute to a particular report.

Yes. Projexis features a scheduling capability to support multiple scheduling types and tracks the outcome of any scheduled appointment based on user input that memorializes what took place during the appointment.

How can Projexis support specific program workflows and ensure certain requirements are met before moving to the next step within the process?
Projexis is a workflow driven system that relies on user validations set up in the client-specific business rules engine. These validations enforce completeness before allowing a user to advance a task to the next workflow step. Additionally, an audit feature is in place that tracks and produces a log of all data creation and modifications, as well as workflow movement by all users.
