Following the devastation of Hurricane Maria, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing selected Projexis to provide technology solutions for the City Revitalization Program.
The Puerto Rico Department of Housing is leveraging Projexis for its City Revitalization Program in which the disaster recovery team is using the platform to capture technical assistance, project development, and project execution deliverables and milestones.
Projexis was deployed with an automated data warehouse, integrations from multiple systems, and email systems.
Projexis integrated seamlessly with the data warehouse solution and other external SQL databases for data capture of key program information. This enabled 360 degree reporting of project execution for approximately 140 projects across 23 municipalities. Systems interfaced with and used included:
The Projexis team implemented this suite of solutions and are successfully completing the program still today. Data marts, and utilization of web-based platforms were all leveraged to make this solution successful.
