North Carolina STEP Program | Hurricanes Matthew and Florence

After the devastation of Hurricanes Matthew and Florence, the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) leveraged Projexis to provide grant management systems and reporting tool for FEMA Shelter Transformation and Embarkation Program (STEP).

STEP Housing Program

As the Grant Management Data Integrator, Projexis deployed several suite of products. This system integrated with FEMA and NCEM systems to report up vital grand and program data. Systems interfaced with and/or used included:

• Projexis

  The program’s grant case management system and case management module.

• projexis field

  A mobile application that interfaces with Projexis for field data.

• reporting suite

  A data warehouse and data mart suite used for centralized storage of data for reporting.

• fema rad system

  A system used by FEMA for all grant programs.

Grant Management and Reporting Lead

The Projexis suite of solutions was implemented within 30 days of award and successfully completed the program with NCEM. Data marts, integration with field systems, and web-based platforms were all leveraged to make this solution successful.

Projexis supported numerous custom workflows, document management solutions and custom dashboards for rich reporting to government stakeholders.

Thanks to the efforts of Projexis, NCEM was able to quickly provide relief to those affected by the hurricanes and begin the process of rebuilding.
