Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) partnered with Projexis in support of the State of Louisiana’s COVID-19 response.
Projexis was used to establish and manage the material receiving, warehousing, tracking, and distribution system of medical supplies at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans in support of the State of Louisiana’s COVID-19 response.
The system allowed for a more streamlined process of receiving, warehousing, and distributing medical supplies, while also providing GOHSEP with real-time information on inventory levels and locations. This ultimately helped to ensure that medical supplies were properly managed and distributed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Projexis™ is an agile and highly configurable program management and reporting tool with the power to deliver program workflow efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
Our innovative system has been successfully used in complex case management projects across the country, such as the U.S. Virgin Island Emergency Rental Assistance Program, U.S. Virgin Islands Housing Recovery STEP Program, New York City’s Build it Back Program, Louisiana’s Restore Louisiana Program, North Carolina STEP Program, Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement Program, among others.
